Born and raised in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, Marianne Stabenau grew up in Sullivan’s Island and Mount Pleasant and loves the Lowcountry lifestyle. Although she spent a few years moving around the southeast region – between Charlotte, Atlanta and Miami – she eventually returned to her Charleston roots and began practicing real estate six years ago, a profession, she says, gives her the opportunity to relate to others who love the Charleston area as dearly as she does. Marianne and her associates began practicing as the Stabenau Group two years ago, and currently specialize in everything from beachfront properties to modest cottages and everything in between.
